The classification of the cars in Stage 3 of the bp Ultimate Rally Raid Portugal has been revised. Frenchman Sébastien Loeb was declared the winner of today’s selective section, with the Dacia Sandrider driver setting a time of 3h06m08s. Just 33 seconds behind, South African Henk Lategan (Toyota) took second place, while Brazilian Lucas Moraes (Toyota) finished third, 1m17s adrift.
After the first three stages, and with two selective sections still to be contested tomorrow (Saturday) and Sunday, totalling 384 kilometres against the clock, Lucas Moraes (Toyota) leads the rally organised by the Automóvel Club de Portugal (ACP). He holds a slender advantage of just 57 seconds over Henk Lategan (Toyota) and 5m36s over Spaniard Carlos Sainz (Ford).
